Refund Policy

1. No refund will be issued once the Acceptance Certificate has been officially issued by the journal.
2. The Article Processing Charge (APC) is non-refundable if the author voluntarily withdraws the manuscript after payment of the publication fee.
3. No refunds will be granted in cases involving plagiarism, copyright infringement, data fabrication, authorship disputes, or any other ethical or fraudulent complaints.
4. In rare cases, if serious ethical concerns are identified during final editorial checks or at any stage of the publication process, the journal reserves the right to withdraw or reject the manuscript in accordance with established publication ethics guidelines. In such circumstances, the handling of the APC shall be determined solely by the Editorial Board based on the nature and severity of the issue.
5. All decisions regarding refunds, withdrawals, and ethical matters shall be final and binding as determined by the Editorial Board.
